Ask Dr. Stumph – Developmental Disabilities Program Manager

Do you have questions or concerns about your Child’s Medicaid DD Services or Supports during the COVID-19 crisis? If you are a parent of a child receiving services, submit your questions today!

Susan Stumph, PhD, Children’s Developmental Disabilities Program Manager, Family and Community Services, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, will present information on how the department has supported children and families during COVID-19 by making services more flexible. She will also answer questions from family members related to Children’s DD Waiver Services during the COVID-19 crisis.

The Idaho Council on Developmental Disabilities will be hosting a Zoom meeting with Dr. Susan Stumph. The Zoom meeting will be hosted on Wednesday April 29, from 1:00-2:30 PM Mountain Time.

Dr. Susan Stumph is the Children’s Developmental Disabilities Program Manger with Family and Community Services, IDHW. She received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology San Diego. Susan has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for more than 22 years. She has worked as a direct care provider, as a clinician with early intervention programs, for the Idaho Children’s DD program as a clinician, supervisor of the West hub, and in her current role as the program manager since 2014. She is a native Idahoan but has lived in various places throughout the country. Susan moved back to Idaho from San Diego after finishing her Ph.D. She has six children and 18 grandchildren.
